"The rest of the staff was helpful and the food came quickly after ordering."
"Really nice and warm service and, on top of that a great selection of wines."
"Great atmosphere, delicious food, and a very kind owner."
5 first time to be here and i loved the Zatar! good service, nice coffee and good food! I'll definitely come back when I come across Colac area again. Love it Dar Tèta cafe.
5 Lovely little place in the middle of Colac. A hidden gem! The lady serving us was warm, helpful and so accomodating. She was prompt in her service and brought a bowl for our little dog to have water. We sat outside and enjoyed some delicious food. The wait was not long at all, everything was freshly made and came out hot. The highlight was a delicious traditional coffee that as the lady described, was “food for our souls”. Highly recommend this amazing place!
4 Delicious food. It took a bit longer to arrive as we were a half hour before lunchtime and the lunch menu wasn't ready yet. Our options were supposed to have tabbouleh but didn't, maybe because it wasn't ready yet? We had two types of pickled cabbage instead. Pita breads were outstanding.
5 Great atmosphere, delicious food, and a very kind owner. Highly recommend!
4 Had the hummus and kofta last month. Food was delicious, however the koftas were two almost palm-sized patties - I felt it was overpriced given the amount of food that was served.
5 My husband and I regularly travel down the great ocean road from Melbourne and this was the best meal we have ever had on our journeys! Even better than what we have on offer in Melbourne! Food is fresh and homely, delicious and hearty. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following day. I’m a vegetarian and the options were fantastic. My partner eats meat and also loved his choices. Will definitely be coming back again and trying even more of the menu.
5 Great food and wonderful atmosphere! The falafel were freshly made and delicious, and the Turkish coffee is made with a home blend including cardamom. The drinks were served with a complementary sweet. A cosy place to study and relax. Will definitely come back again!
5 The food was very tasty, a bite isn’t just a bite it’s a burst of middle eastern flavour in your mouth. Reminds you of grandmas cooking. May not be normal but unique and very nice coffee. Heavily recommend.
