Jan 23, 2026"Lovely little place in the middle of Colac. A hidden gem! The lady serving us was warm, helpful and so accomodating. She was prompt in her service and brought a bowl for our little dog to have water. We sat outside and enjoyed some delicious food. The wait was not long at all, everything was freshly made and came out hot. The highlight was a delicious traditional coffee that as the lady described, was “food for our souls”. Highly recommend this amazing place!"

Jan 21, 2026"Delicious food. It took a bit longer to arrive as we were a half hour before lunchtime and the lunch menu wasn't ready yet. Our options were supposed to have tabbouleh but didn't, maybe because it wasn't ready yet? We had two types of pickled cabbage instead. Pita breads were outstanding."

Nov 15, 2025"Had the hummus and kofta last month. Food was delicious, however the koftas were two almost palm-sized patties - I felt it was overpriced given the amount of food that was served."

Nov 15, 2025"My husband and I regularly travel down the great ocean road from Melbourne and this was the best meal we have ever had on our journeys! Even better than what we have on offer in Melbourne! Food is fresh and homely, delicious and hearty. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following day. I’m a vegetarian and the options were fantastic. My partner eats meat and also loved his choices. Will definitely be coming back again and trying even more of the menu."

Nov 11, 2025"Great food and wonderful atmosphere! The falafel were freshly made and delicious, and the Turkish coffee is made with a home blend including cardamom. The drinks were served with a complementary sweet. A cosy place to study and relax. Will definitely come back again!"
